Hair and Saliva Collection Instructions

Please follow the Hair and Saliva Collection Instructions below to ensure a good sample for testing:

IMPORTANT – 3 DAYS before any testing

• • STOP taking vitamins, supplements and any unnecessary medicine for 3 days before collecting your saliva to ensure the best results
  • You will receive a testing kit with everything you need.

Procedure for Traditional Saliva Testing

• • Please do this Balancing Tap for 30-40 seconds for better results (see how to video on the right)
  • Collect sample in the morning WITHOUT eating, brushing teeth, drinking coffee etc. and BEFORE you take your normal medicines
  • Use a brown paper napkin provided
  • Take the napkin and rub inside the cheek and under the tongue until it is saturated (see how-to video on the right)
  •  Let it completely dry to avoid the sample arriving with mold
  • Place in small ziplock bag
  • Only wrap the ziplock bag in aluminum foil as US mail is x-rayed. Do not wrap the brown paper napkin!
  • Mail in your saliva sample with prepaid envelope
  • Fill out initial health form and follow-up forms online

Procedure for Hair and Saliva Testing for Scans

• • Please do this Balancing Tap for 30-40 seconds for better results (see how to video on the right)
  • Collect sample in the morning WITHOUT eating, brushing teeth, drinking coffee etc. and BEFORE you take your normal medicines
  • Use Q-tip provided. No need to dry this sample since it is not touching or rubbing anything.
  • Take the Q-Tip and rub inside the cheek and under the tongue until it is saturated (see how-to video on the right)
  • Place a pinch of hair and/or nail clippings in small ziplock bag
  • Mail kit back in the provided pre-paid envelope ASAP
  • Fill out initial health form and follow-up forms online
